What foods make Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) better?

Eating a well-balanced diet is important for overall gut health and can help to prevent a flare-up of symptoms. While there are no foods that are guaranteed to make IBD better, studies have shown that eating a diet high in fruits, veggies, and foods with omega-3 fats (fatty fish, walnuts, chia, flax) can reduce the risk of flaring.
