How do I talk to my boss about Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)?

Your information about your IBD belongs to you. You get to decide when and how to share it. You may want to think about sharing how IBD affects you every day (both physically and emotionally), so that your boss can have awareness and help support you professionally. You also may want to prepare answers to common questions they might have. For example, some common questions are: Is it a lifelong condition? What will your treatment look like? How did you get it? Is there a cure?
